AI solutions company

We build AI into
your business — end to end

NeroFlo is an early-stage AI solutions company. We work with businesses to understand where AI can make a real difference, then build and deploy the software to do it.

How an engagement works Our approach
1.
We listen first

A short call to understand your business, the problem, and whether AI actually helps. No pitch, no obligation.

2.
We scope and propose

We come back with a clear scope, timeline, and cost. You decide if it's worth doing.

3.
We build and hand it over

We build the solution, test it with your team, and make sure your people can actually use and maintain it.

Our Products

What we build

AI solutions, not off-the-shelf software

Every project is different. Here are the kinds of problems we typically solve.

Automation
Cutting out manual, repetitive work

If your team is spending hours on tasks that follow a pattern — reading documents, routing requests, extracting data, writing first drafts — we can usually automate most of it.

  • Document processing and data extraction
  • Email and support ticket classification
  • Report generation from structured data
  • Internal approval and routing workflows
Internal tools
Making your data actually usable

Most companies have useful data locked in PDFs, spreadsheets, or siloed systems. We build tools that let your team ask questions and get answers without digging through files.

  • Internal knowledge bases your team can query
  • Search across contracts, policies, past work
  • Onboarding tools built on existing documentation
  • Custom dashboards with AI-generated summaries
Customer-facing
AI that your customers interact with

We build AI features that sit inside your existing product or website — things like smart assistants, recommendation systems, or automated responses that actually sound like your brand.

  • Support bots trained on your actual documentation
  • Product recommendation or configurator flows
  • Personalised content and communications
  • Conversational interfaces for complex products
Data and analysis
Turning raw data into decisions

AI is genuinely good at finding patterns in large amounts of unstructured text — feedback, reviews, call transcripts, emails. We build pipelines that surface what matters.

  • Customer feedback analysis at scale
  • Competitor monitoring and summarisation
  • Call transcript analysis and tagging
  • Anomaly detection with plain-language alerts
How we work

From first conversation to working software

We keep the process simple. No long discovery phases, no consultancy overhead.

01
Discovery call

We talk through your problem, your existing setup, and your team. This usually takes an hour. We'll tell you honestly if we think AI is the right tool.

02
Scoping and proposal

We write up what we'd build, how long it would take, and what it would cost. No ambiguity. You decide if you want to move forward.

03
Build and iterate

We build in short cycles and check in regularly. You see progress early and give feedback before anything is finalised.

04
Handover and support

We hand over working software your team can actually use. We document everything, train your people, and stay available for questions.

Why work with us

We're a small team. That's the point.

We're not a large agency with account managers in the middle. The people you talk to are the people who build. That means faster feedback loops, less overhead, and a team that's genuinely invested in whether the solution works.

We're early, which means we're selective about the projects we take on. We work with companies where we think we can do our best work and where the problem is real.

We won't pitch you something you don't need. If we don't think AI is the right answer for your problem, we'll say so in the first call.

No juniors on your project

Senior engineers and AI specialists on every engagement. We don't staff projects with junior developers once the contract is signed.

Fixed scope, fixed price

We agree on what we're building before we start. No open-ended retainers, no scope creep, no surprises on the invoice.

You own everything

All code, models, and documentation belong to you. We don't retain IP, and you're never dependent on us to keep the lights on.

Honest about what AI can do

AI is genuinely useful for specific problems and genuinely bad for others. We'll tell you which camp yours falls into before we take any money.

FAQ

Questions we get asked often

It depends on the scope. A focused automation project might take two to four weeks and cost significantly less than a full product build. We scope every project individually and put a fixed price in the proposal, so you know what you're committing to before work begins. Get in touch and we can give you a rough sense after a short call.
No. We've worked with teams that have no in-house technical staff. We'll handle the build and make sure whoever needs to use or maintain the system is properly trained. It helps to have someone who can act as a point of contact and make decisions, but that person doesn't need to be a developer.
Most projects land somewhere between four and twelve weeks. Simpler automations can be faster. More complex, multi-part systems take longer. We'll give you a clear timeline in the proposal before anything starts.
We hand over the code, documentation, and anything else you need. We run a handover session with your team and stay available for questions for a period after delivery. If you want ongoing support or want to build something else, we can discuss that separately — but there's no obligation to keep working with us.
Yes, that's actually a good reason to reach out. We're happy to have an honest conversation about whether AI makes sense for what you're trying to do. If it doesn't, we'll tell you. We'd rather have a short call and be upfront than waste your time with a proposal for something that won't work.
We don't limit ourselves to a single industry. The skills that make a good AI solution — understanding the problem, working with the right models, building reliable software — apply across sectors. We've looked at problems in logistics, finance, legal, and operations. If the problem is interesting and the fit is right, we're open to it.

Tell us about your problem

The best way to start is with a short message about what you're working on. We'll come back within a day or two and suggest a time to talk.
